Community Care

Our experienced team of community care assistants adapt their services to suit your needs. With calls from 30 to 60 minutes, the person you see in the morning will be the same friendly face you see throughout the day.

Our dedicated team of day care assistants provide care services for those who need a little more than four calls a day. Our friendly staff are all qualified and passed Enhanced DBS checks for your peace of mind.

Croeso Care have specific night care assistants who provide care between 10pm and 7pm. Whether you need regular care throughout the night or just want the reassurance of someone being on hand, we can be there for you.

These specifically trained 24hr care assistants provide total care for each individual, throughout the period of 24hours. These dedicated care assistants have normally worked within the industry for a minimum of two years.
