Croeso Care provide home care services across SW Wales, employing a large number of fully-qualified Care Assistants, covering Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire alone. Here are just a few of the managerial team that make the company the success that it is.
Fiona Morris
Company Director
Fiona has always been at the forefront of the Community Care side of the business. She, along with her Senior Carers, cascade knowledge to the Care Assistants to promote independence, dignity and person centred care to enable individuals to stay in their own homes and surroundings.
Heather Burt
Company Director
Heather controls the financial side of Croeso Care Ltd. She also schedules the Day and Night Care Assistants, matching the correct Care Assistant with the individuals they are providing care for to ensure that the quality of the relationship is maintained.
Dawn Parkin
Client/Staff Manager
Dawn oversees all of Croeso Care with the assistance of two supervisors. Dawn has been with the company since 2014, working as a day care assistant and a community care assistant, she has progressed well within the company.
Emma Morris
Operations Manager
Emma is the operations manager for Croeso Care overseeing the HR side of the company and is responsible for the electric call monitoring system. Emma is also the manager of our sister company, Cartref Croeso Residential Home in Pencader.
Paul Morris
Training Manager
Paul is the latest addition to our team. He trains all of our 160 Care Assistants and Managers in all necessary training required. This ranges from our Induction Programme, to All Wales Moving and Handling, Medication, POVA and Dementia, to name a few.
